Australia and New Zealand. If you're somewhere else, get in touch and I'll see what's possible.
Production time
Every banner is made to order. Allow at least 2 weeks from booking before your banner is posted. If you need it in under 3 weeks, express post is required.
Shipping options
- Standard Post, tracked with Australia Post
- Express Post
- Local pickup from Ashgrove, Brisbane, by arrangement
Shipping costs
Shipping is confirmed with your quote and depends on your banner size and location.
Delivery times
Once posted, delivery usually takes 2 to 7 business days. These are estimates from the carrier and can't be guaranteed.
Packaging and tracking
Your banner is carefully wrapped and packed to protect it in transit. I'll send your tracking details as soon as it's posted.
Delays and lost parcels
If your parcel is delayed or goes missing, contact me and I'll follow it up with the carrier.
Damaged in the post
Send me a photo as soon as you can and I'll make it right. See my Refund and Cancellation Policy for details.
Your address
Please double check your delivery address. Extra postage for an incorrect address is at your cost.
