Behind Our Story

Hi, we’re Sophie and Jake, the founders of Project Lane — proud parents to our little muse Lily, and best friends to our two dachshunds, Rosie and Ivy.

Project Lane was born out of a love for celebrating life’s moments in a way that feels personal, meaningful, and joyful. What started with Sophie hand-painting banners for birthdays and baby showers quickly grew into something bigger — a space where creativity meets community.

Today, Project Lane has become a marketplace of creativity.

Everything we design and share is made with care — inspired by family (and often supervised by Rosie & Ivy curled up at Sophie’s feet), built on storytelling, and crafted to bring joy. Whether it’s a banner that makes a party feel magical, a print that brightens a nursery, or a digital template that helps someone host with ease, our goal is always the same: to help you celebrate beautifully.
